Exchanges (if Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at 64candlesandco@gmail.com
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have issued you with a refund.
Incorrect Order
If you have received incorrect order, we’ll send out the correct product and pay your return shipping cost for the incorrect item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns however for damaged items we will refund your original delivery costs.
